Shipping Policy

Welcome to RK Designs! We are committed to delivering your orders with speed and care, that is why we personally print and process every order so we know everything is handled with care to ensure you receive high-quality products that meet our standards.

Made to Order Products

The majority of our automotive fabrication jigs and tools are manufactured on demand. This allows us to offer a wide range of products without compromising on quality while ensuring each item is produced specifically for your order.

Production times vary depending on current order volume, product size, and complexity.

Typical production time: 2–5 business days

During busy periods or for larger orders, production may take slightly longer. If this happens, we will keep you informed of any significant delays.

In-Stock Products

To reduce waiting times, we keep stock of many of our most popular products. Orders containing only in-stock items are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.

If your order contains both stocked and made-to-order items, your order will normally be shipped once all items have been completed. If you require a partial shipment, please contact us before placing your order.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on your selected shipping method and destination.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

International Orders

We proudly ship worldwide.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or handling fees charged by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Order Changes & Cancellations

As many products are manufactured specifically for each customer, orders can only be modified or cancelled before production has begun.

Once manufacturing has started, we may be unable to make changes or cancel the order without a restocking fee.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase.

RK Designs cannot be held responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If a shipment appears to be lost, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the shipping carrier.

Return & Refund Policy

At RK Designs, we take pride in producing high-quality automotive fabrication jigs and tools. If you experience an issue with your order, we're committed to working with you to resolve it fairly.

Standard Returns

Standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

Unused and in their original condition.
Free from damage, modification, or excessive wear.
Returned with all original components and packaging where possible.

A restocking fee will be applied to all standard returns to cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.

Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect or Faulty Products

If you receive:

The wrong product.
A product that does not match your order.
A jig that is dimensionally inaccurate due to a manufacturing error.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing photographs and a description of the issue.

If the fault is confirmed to be ours, RK Designs will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund. We will also cover any reasonable return shipping costs.

Custom Orders

Custom-designed or made-to-order products are manufactured using the specifications provided by the customer.

If a custom product has been manufactured exactly to the dimensions or information supplied, it cannot be returned or refunded simply because the supplied measurements or specifications were incorrect.

If, however, we manufacture a custom order incorrectly or fail to meet the agreed specifications, we will correct the issue at our expense.

Product Compatibility & Intended Use

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product they are purchasing is suitable for their intended application before placing an order.

Please carefully verify all relevant specifications, including (where applicable):

Tube outside diameter (OD).
Centre Line Radius (CLR).
Flange type and bolt pattern.
Material compatibility.
Vehicle or engine compatibility.
Any other dimensions listed in the product description.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your project, please contact us before ordering. We are always happy to provide advice and help you select the correct product.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted where an incorrect product has been ordered due to the customer selecting the wrong size, specification, or configuration.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

Custom-made products manufactured to the customer's supplied specifications.
Products that have been used, modified, drilled, machined, glued, painted, or otherwise altered.
Damage resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Minor cosmetic imperfections inherent to the 3D printing process, including layer lines, slight colour variations, or minor surface blemishes that do not affect the product's intended function.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Where applicable, any approved refund will be issued less the applicable restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.
