Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the models being printed by a 3rd party(Slant3D) the below is taken from their return policy.
Cancellation of your order, return of models
Due to the nature of our Services, you cannot cancel your order after it goes into production. Orders that contain non-refundable items are still cancellable, however, note that refund or cancellation will not apply to items in the order that are non-refundable.

Unless there is an issue with the dimensional or quality aspects of the model e.g does not match description, a refund will not be given.
If a design/dimensions are provided we are not responsible if your design should not work or not fit the designed purpose unless what we provide is substantially dimensionally different to what has been supplied to us in STL format.
