All Mandrel Bend Cutting Jigs
This collection of jigs is used for holding mandrel bent tubing while cutting it down, the two pieces interlock with two 10mm pins, this keeps the two sides of the jig aligned.
There are holes at various common angles which will accept a piece of 1.6mm tungsten or filler wire, or using an angle finder/inclinometer the tube can be adjusted and then clamped in the jig and cut down to the desired angle.
Or the cut angle markers which have been included(Orange models) can be used to mark the pipe in 5 or 9 degree increments then placed in the cutting jig to hold it while it is cut down.
