2.50 Inch Mandrel Bend Cutting Jig
The mandrel bend jigs are used to measure and hold the tube perfectly for cutting, this is then repeatable with the aid of a stop for the preferred angle, the jigs have a range of set angles with a hole in both sides that will fit a 1.6mm filler rod or tungsten.
The Jigs have two pegs that the locate each of the two sides, this makes the jigs much less difficult to deal with when trying to manoeuvre the bend into the correct position, the jig is then clamped into the saw with the tube held inside, with final adjustments to be made before tightening down fully.

The angles marked on the jigs are: 9, 15, 22.5, 30, 45, 60 and 75 degrees.

Product Usage Instructions
- Use tungsten or filler rod to select the angle you want to cut, and place through the two side of the jig making sure it is held in place but not protruding from the sides of the jig itself.
- Place the bend inside the jig, and then into the clamp on the saw, gently tighten the clamp so it is gripping the jig loosely.
- Make sure the face of the model is up against the saw blade, and make sure the tube is pushed against the stop for the angle.
- Tighten down the clamp fully once you’re happy, then make the cut.
