Shown below is a custom merge collector and T3 turbo flange engineered by RK Designs for SM Works. The components were manufactured in stainless steel via metal additive manufacturing from our design files and subsequently used in the fabrication of a bespoke exhaust manifold for the Nissan SR20 engine.

This project highlights the advantages of designing specifically for metal additive manufacturing, enabling complex geometries and high-performance components for demanding automotive applications.
