2.50 Inch Mandrel Bend X Cutting Jigs
🔧 Product Description
These jigs are designed for accurately cutting 2.50" mandrel-bent tubing to create smooth-flowing X-pipes for exhaust systems. An X-pipe helps merge both exhaust banks together, improving exhaust scavenging and producing a smoother, more refined exhaust note.
The jig halves clamp securely around the tubing using three socket head bolts. Only light clamping pressure is required to hold the tube firmly in place during cutting. Each bolt location uses captive nuts retained directly within the 3D printed jig for quick assembly and easy operation.
📦 Example X-pipe models are also included for all jig sizes to help with setup and final assembly reference.

Removes 15mm of material when cutting

Removes 17.5mm of material when cutting

Removes 17.5mm of material when cutting
🔹 2.50" Tube – 3.25" / 82.55mm CLR

Removes 20mm of material when cutting
🔩 Required Hardware
Each jig requires:
1 × M8 x 65mm socket head bolt
1 × M8 nut
2 × M5 x 65mm socket head bolts
2 × M5 nuts
Any material can be used but materials with a higher temperature rating would be better, especially for prolonged use cutting bends down.
May need some supports on the holes for the bolt depending on how well your printers deals with overhangs.
Print models in orientation they are already in
